"Location is excellent. It’s walkable to Milano Centrale, trams and buses. Room is spacious. However there’s only one chair provided for executive king room with lounge access. There was no toiletries provided and shower gel was not replenished even after the room was cleaned. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge. Ms Grazia is very friendly- always smiling and she remembers my name 😀 "
