You will hear neighbours upstairs and beside, otherwise a very quiet location. Good breakfast (eggs, hot and cold deli meats, cheese, smoked fish, fruit, granola, yoghurt, pastries, breads) with one of those delightful multi-coffee machines. Good location with short walk to path around the lake. Good for romantic stay. Windows...
