The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. "This place deserves more than five stars. If I can give it 100 I would. I only wish that I found this place sooner, I would’ve booked an additional two nights instead of staying in Geneva. Our hotel in Geneva was the same price, and piled in comparison to the IMPECCABLE service and quality we’ve experienced here. We love the Sonade Suite! "We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."
