"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"We had a wonderful three night stay in May. We had a seaview room on the fourth floor (it was accessible so larger than average). It was excellent and well worth the extra money for such a beautiful view. I had read the reviews and knew what to expect about the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. It's listed as 3 stars on the booking sites, but I think the hotel class is actually 4 stars. "The hotel was recently restored in the past few years. So, the rooms and amenities are fresh, but no views. The rooms are quiet, beds are very comfortable and we slept great. Expedia maps this property in the center of old town near Lices. However, the actually location is a 10 minute walk along the harbor. If it were located in the center, then I’d give 5 stars. But that would also come with a higher price."

"Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! It is paradise and so close to everything you would want to do. Davide went above and beyond late night when we had a problem with our tub and was so attentive and nice. Nash and Arthur made our last night dinner a wonderful experience and made us feel like long time friends. Alain was so kind and patient with us as he drove us to and from town and made us feel truly welcome in St. Tropez. We will definitely be back! "

"Superb 'human size' hotel spread in the middle of the nature - Quiet and very well located - no too far from St Tropez and close to Ramatuelle old village. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room had perfect size and was very cozy & very modern at the same time. Very nice buffet-type breakfast the nearby the heated pool. We will come back! "Awesome location, nice room, big and comfortable bed, very small bathroom, no hair dryer, breakfast selection can be improved, building needs to be repainted as it looks dated, it’s not really 4 stars but solid 3 stars "
