"Lovely staff, painless check in although car park for hotel is a 5 minute walk away up a steep hill, but fine as no cars permitted in the village. Hotel staff and restaurant staff were very attentive, and is in a beautiful setting, great breakfast too. Yvoire is beautiful. "

"Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."

"Visibly, effort was expended into the decoration and level of service provided, going for a boutique-like chalet atmosphere. The training (probably from an école hôtelière) of the staff was visible, although sometimes inflexible in a French way :-) (Speaking as a Frenchman...) and not attuned to a professional's schedule (but their market is not the corporate world). Although this was to be a once-only stay, I hope to have the opportunity to return."
