"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. "Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. "Very convenient for the ski slopes. Ski bus stops outside. Hotel is modern and has everything that a skier would want. A hearty breakfast with a great selection each morning, including freshly made eggs. Snacks available throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views to the mountains from the hotel and in particular the hotel restaurant. Great facilities for families with children. Overall a great choice."

"Each member of the staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. We stayed 1 night in huge apartment with sauna, it was really spacious, the second night we stayed in regular room it was very tiny but at the same time very comfortable. The only thing what I would change in the room is tv, They have really small one, even in a small room it will be great if they will find a way to put a big tv. I will recommend this hotel to everyone."
