"Having read a lot of negative reviews and having visited the Novotel in Paris in January (which was truly fantastic) I was nervous about my stay so wanted to leave this honest review as yes the rooms are quite small and could do with an update, and the outside area desperately needed the grass cutting but the staff, breakfast and accessibility to the metro were all fantastic. The only real point I’d make is that we travelled with our two young children and there is nothing to do around the hotel...

"Typical business hotel in a fairly remote area. Easy to drive from and to for expeditions around Milan. Only complaint is we had bad experience with service at the restaurant when we chose to order from the menu instead of 25 euros buffet (slow, not quite what was ordered, had to repeatedly ask for one of our meal; i was done when my wife omelet dinally showed up). "

"It’s not a tourist place, it’s in the middle of industrial area with no no places to go, the closest restaurant it’s 39’ of taxi or the metro across street will take to the center of town in 30’ with a transfer. The hotel itself it’s very clean, modern an organized, no food until 7 pm, but very good Notmy cup of tea!"

"Slightly confused check in as they took 30 minutes to find out our room wasn’t ready, the hotel is modern but quite dark and not overly welcoming as is the bar. It is very close to the metro and there are a few street cafes near by. We had a wheelchair accessible room which could have been larger as the space next to the bed was quite tight for my wheelchair, the bathroom was large although the shower seat was very small and could be difficult depending on your level of disability.
