"property was convenient location for getting to the airport but waited almost 50 minutes for the shuttle and had to call 5 times for them to finally pick us up. They advertise free shuttle but when we called to get picked up that there was a fee."

"Ibis suited our purpose. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. However, every day our card deactivated and had to get recoded. And the hairdryer doesn’t work for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. These are minor issues. Pluses are good nearby pizza, shuttle bus to/from airport ($5) to catch train into Milan and a decent breakfast buffet. Thank you for our stay!"

" Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely room and very clean. We had a room overlooking the piazza which was lovely - it could be noisy in the evenings but the windows have excellent double glazing and block out noise. "

"Lovely family-run small hotel with comfortable rooms and a very good restaurant. The outdoor bar across the (narrow and quiet) road, next to the lake ferry terminal is great too. We recommend it and intend to return."

"For the price and location, this hotel is good value for money. Breakfast was basic but tasty enough. Croissants, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurts, cereal, coffee, jam and Nutella. Bedroom was basic but functional. Bed comfortable, air con worked well, shower good pressure etc. a fridge would have been welcomed. "
