"Un soggiorno meraviglioso, dove l'ospitalità fa davvero la differenza! Ci sono luoghi in cui si soggiorna piacevolmente e altri che riescono a farti sentire accolto fin dal primo istante. Casa Ferrant, a Faloppio, appartiene senza dubbio a questa seconda categoria. L'appartamento è davvero splendido, curato con attenzione e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e senza alcuna preoccupazione. "The apartment was very nice, it provided all the necessary amenities. It was always quiet and relaxing. Conveniently located near City Center in Varese, restaurants, shops, and sight seeing was often within walking distance. The host had the place well organized and was available to assist with any problems that arose. Myself and my two adult children really enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t speak Italian, the local people really helped us get by. "

"One of the best self catering accommodations I’ve ever booked. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and an excellent host. Comfortable king size beds and excellent bathroom facilities. This accommodation comes highly recommended for a stay reasonably near to the Italian lakes."

"Excellent location. "

"Property was wonderful and in a scenic location but being there without a car limited our access to the lake itself. Would highly recommend to guests with a car but would choose something closer to train station if traveling by public transport"

"Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Very clean, spacious, and cozy! Flawless check in and great location!"

"The property owner created a very satisfying customer experience through professional communication and keeping the property is an excellent condition."

"Nice stay, strategic location, highly recommended"

"Great place in a great location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Como."

"The property is excellently located, within walking distance of the train station, restaurants, grocery store and the lake and ferry. Access instructions were very good as well as all communication"

"The apartment was beautiful. I love all the finishing touches they added. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is the shower, which was warm for about 5 minutes then you’re finishing up in freezing cold water."

"Great view"
