"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

"Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! Sehr schlechtes WLAN(unsere Kinder finden das schrecklich) Keine Waschmaschine und sämtliche anderen Sachen die vermerkt waren, haben wir bis...

"July 2016 We are home after a week in villa Betulla. The villa is very beautifully located in lovely surroundings and with a fantastic view over the mountains. It was easy to find with the help from the office, but some of us came on our own later and had great difficulties to find it. The GPS could not locate the house with the address indicated. "Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“)."
