This hotel was one of two unexpected gems. I cannot stress this enough, people. GO here. And get a room with a lake view. Pay extra for it if you have to, it's SO worth it. Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. We had a corner suite with two large floor to ceiling windows with views of the City of Como and its duomo as well as looking down the length of the lake. Our two sided balcony was amazing. Great hotel, walking distance to city center for restaurants and shopping, staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is amazing, right in the center within walking distance to almost everything. Very good room size and modern bathroom. Loved their breakfast!

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends. What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant.
