Perfekt hotel om a small town

a small but perfect town with a very good hotel. Short walk from the railway and good restaurant selection in the town. The hotel is very good with a full international breakfast and nice staff. Clean and nice.

This was our second stay at La Nuova Rotaia. We returned because the hotel has an amazing staff and the train station is one half block away giving you very convenient access to Milano and most anywhere. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast area is quiet and elegant.

Great Airport Hotel

I spent one night here became it's close to Malpensa Airport. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to eat dinner after checking in, but I also wanted to watch a UEFA soccer game. He called a local bar, just to make sure the soccer game was streamed there.

Only 20 minutes train ride from MXP Airport to the hotel. About 100 meter walk from the train station to the hotel. Extremely pleasant front desk staff. Early check in when room is available. Good breakfast included in room price. Airport shuttle service needed to be booked a few days in advance (with a fee) ALESSIA is a very professional staff who’s extremely helpful !

A beautiful hotel with a lovely staff

I had a fantastic stay! Just next door to the train station, the hotel is beautifully decorated and well equipped with a warm home feel to it. Although I arrived very late in the evening, I had a warm welcome by Milo, a very dedicated receptionist who went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed upon arrival. He even helped me order food as it was very late. The next day was just as good. Fantastic service by all staff. Welcoming and very polite. I definitely recommend!

I had an excellent stay. For being so close to the train station, I wasn't disturbed even one time by any train noise. The breakfast choices are expansive, with a nod toward Scandinavian and American tastes. The staff will also make you an espresso or cappuccino no problem. Room was updated and both the room and bathroom were very clean. But the highest marks go to the staff. They were extremely friendly in every interaction. And they were very helpful when I got quite sick during my stay and didn't feel well enough to venture out for a meal; they kindly had something delivered to the hotel and brought it to my room (even handling paying the delivery person and bringing the change back to my room). I'm grateful for that level of hospitality when I needed it. I would definitely stay there again.
