"The room looked lovely but unfortunately the heating wasn’t working. Did call up the receptionist she said she was going to put the heating up waited another hour and it was still cold by then. It was too late. The kids were retired so we had to sleep in the cold next morning, I did report it in. However, if I seen that the lady on the receptionist she did offer another room for us to go in but I said unfortunately we’ve already settled in and unpacked and it’s going to be too much for the kids...
