This is a great Hotel in Lourdes. Big bathroom in case you have someone with special necessities. The people are very friendly and the location are superb!

Needs to go to the Hospital for an emergency I have conjunctivitis and I can't see the Hotel personnel immediately called ER and taxi to bring us to ER. Staff were very helpful, accomodating, Courteous and most of all very respectful .

We had a wonderful stay. Anne Marie at the front desk was very helpful with everything from directions to places to eat, etc. We were right in the middle of everything, shopping, hike up to the Fort, the train station, etc. We went on to Barcelona by train from Lourdes They recommended the New Orleans Cafe next door. Good food and a fun atmosphere. The waiters are very entertaining and offer great service Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lourdes

This hotel is located in the center of Lourdes, just a few blocks away from the Cathedral. This is an old building which has been very well maintained. The lobby, the restaurant and the common areas are very clean. The room itself is relatively small but this is within the European standards, the bathroom, the bed were absolutely spotless. The property is located on the hillside above Argeles-Gazost. Quiet, serene beauty surrounds you. The rooms are lovely. The amenities include a lap-pool, hot-tub, and sauna. The host, Anne, takes loving care of her guests….Individually cooked breakfast, assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations of local sites to see, and a truly delightful person! Don’t doubt her suggestions — we thoroughly enjoyed everything she encouraged us to try or do!
