Great stay. Great resort.

The rooms were pretty authentic to like the way the hill tribe people live in they had sachets and candle spring for the insects which was a nice touch since there were many in the mountains. Breakfast buffet was delicious views were stunning staff service top notch.

A wonderful hotel, in a great location, with very friendly staff.

Wonderful place to stay in Mad Sai. We loved the outdoor jacuzzi tub the best

The staff are

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and bathrooms and great breakfast buffet! Though location is not central, it's easy to get wherever you want to go using taxis. Free Hotel shuttle to the night market helps too. Friendly staff is always available to assist.

This hotel after the 16 1/2 hours to get there was the perfect antidote! Great, friendly staff in a relaxing location on the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. By far my favorite hotel (out of 5) that I stayed at while in Thailand. The room was outstanding. Each bungalow had four rooms and my room had a huge walk in area partially set off from the sleeping room. Working/computer area behind bed in a little alcove area with (unfortunately) limited view of huge TV. ...

People very nice and I recommend this hotel they provide private tours really convenient and very close to the airport and center

Excellent

Clean roon and staff are fantastic

Breakfast selection was great. Good taste and freshness. Staff was also very helpful. I thought I had a problem with the washbasin, so I called front desk and the staff came to explain how it works in just a few minutes. Great location, easy for a quick walk to enjoy local shops and markets nearby. Love it and will come back

I’ll definitely stay here again pool access was wonderful.

We booked this last minute and were so glad we did! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The room property was beautiful and quiet. As a bonus, breakfast was included and was delicious with generous portions from a preset menu. Additional meals at the cafe were good and affordable and the coffee (like evening else) far exceeded my expectations.

This was an amazing experience at an amazing property. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were also provided not only with breakfast, but also dinner and afternoon tea. The room is absolutely beautiful and the view is unparalleled. If you are in Chiang Rai and looking for a relaxing getaway, this is one stay that you will not be disappointed in!

A/C worked great. The breakfast options every morning were outstanding! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Close to the hospital food court where we ate at was the best food. We used the Grab app to go to the Temples. It was super easy to hop in as it was easy access. I would definitely stay here again.
