Great Hotel, in walking distance to the night market. Nice and quiet room. The gym is sufficient and well equipped: you need to turn th e AC on when you arrive and leave. We had a wonderful time
A/C worked great. The breakfast options every morning were outstanding! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Close to the hospital food court where we ate at was the best food. We used the Grab app to go to the Temples. It was super easy to hop in as it was easy access. I would definitely stay here again.
The room was spacious but has some strong alcohol smell in it. Check in staff was ok, not friendly but they get things done. Breakfast staff was much better. Overall, a good experience, will return back to this hotel if I visit Chiang Rai again.
This is a lovely boutique hotel. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the night market, and about 15-20 to Central Plaza Mall. The facility is brand new and any teething problems seemed to have been solved. I came here as a refugee from the corona virus and found the hotel to be a refuge of peace and quiet. The internet was lightning fast and let me do my work remotely.
Only one minor quibble: no hand soap in the bathroom!
I’d definitely come back to stay here in the future. The breakfast buffet is varied and ample, the staff accommodating, and the location quiet and peaceful.
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Nai Ya 06 Feb 2019 to 09 Feb 2019. From the moment we walked in the door until we left for the airport, we were treated as if we were the only people at the hotel. We arrived late on the 6th and were warmly greeted by the gentleman at the front desk. Our bags were immediately taken care of and we were also welcomed by the hotel manager who introduced himself at the onset. We were escorted to our room which was modern, detail oriented, large and exceptionally clean. The bed was the most comfortable we had during our entire five weeks in Thailand. Arriving late, we were somewhat hungry and the hotel Manager Sammy, arranged food and drinks for us from the kitchen – we so much appreciated this. The food is so good, that we ate several meals there over the next few days. Any request was responded to immediately and with genuine helpfulness by such warm and friendly staff. In three days, we grew very fond of all the staff and genuinely missed them when we left. On our last day, the owner and his beautiful wife happened to be at the hotel and stopped by our table to introduce themselves and inquire about our stay. We were so warmly greeted and taken care of by everyone – it was truly the best hotel experience we have had in many years of travel. We will never forget this hotel and their wonderful, genuine, staff, manager, and owners – it was that exceptional. I have high standards for hotels and Nai Ya far exceeded my expectations.
This hotel was not ready to business although it is new opening, the toilet very strong bad smell, drain water stuck the whole toilet floated. Changed other room also the same problem. I was rent 3 rooms per night, every room are same problem.
