"The signage about where the entrance is and how to get to it is bad. Everything else was great. If you need a hotel real close to the airport CitizenM is perfect. The room was small but efficient and clean. I would stay there again. "

"The staff were all really friendly, Salonge in the restaurant always took time to speak to our 10 year old and help her with her french. It is a nice area close to shopping and a comfortable walk to many of the sites of Paris. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay as well the elevators were not working most of the time leading to long lines coming and going from your rooms. "

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
