"Overall very good, staff were all great. A shame breakfast closes quite early and the quality wasn't much different to a 3*. Our kettle wasn't working properly and unfortunately there weren't any replacements available but otherwise everything was in good condition and very clean. "Nothing was too much trouble. We were staying as a family 16 of us for our mothers funeral and they were kind and welcoming . Breakfast was great - fabulous to have a gluten free section all of its own. Fridge in room was a great feature. Pity it did not contain fresh milk for tea and coffee.
