"Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. I had a quick look at the breakfast buffet but did not bother knowing that nothing is cooked on site and went to a local bakery (Boulangerie Maniez) instead. "My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. "Modern hotel with close parking. Easy walk to the village center. We were fortunate to have a Mountain View room. Check in gentleman was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately did not have enough time to experience the spa."

"Close to ski telecabine, convenient, clean and quiet, it is not close to town centre 25 minute walk or 5/7 minute by car. Car park in town centre not easy in hot hour."

"The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"

"We loved our stay. Excellent clean apartment. Staff were so friendly and informative. Always smiling and happy to help. Apartment was well equipped. Local travel passes were very useful and they also has a discount rates for the local spa. Some of the lower level apartments don't have the view or door to step outside. Which is a down side as been so close to the beautiful scenery and not able to see while having a coffee etc. We did lots of hikes, went up the lifts to see Mont blanc and...
