The room we had was lovely and big, but the corner bath was difficult to get in and out of to use the shower. Our biggest issue was the noise from the housekeeping staff, despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door one morning, they were talking loudly, using mobile phones and banging about right outside our door, even...

"I chose this hotel pretty much at random. The grounds are very well maintained. The room was very clean. The best thing about this hotel is the professionalism of the staff! They were friendly and helpfull."

"No air conditioning even though they advertise as having A/C. I went down to the front desk after trying to turn it on in my room unsuccessfully and was told that the "owner" had not turned it on yet for the hotel to save cost."

"Property is nice and clean. Restaurants are great and most staff service is amazing. The property is well kept. Housekeeping, for the most part, was very good. Opportunities - for persons whose first time to Italy, like myself, more information is needed. Had to figure out logistics about the room (how to keep lights on, etc) because none of it was explained. Also there wasn’t a lot of information given about transport as this property is a little far from the train stations or even bus lines....

"Simple clean safe comfortable room. If you’re enjoying vacation and need a place to rest and shower this is highly recommended. I’d go back. We booked a room for five travelers, and received a nice large room with five twin sized beds with clean and comfortable bedding. The air conditioning works really well. The staff recommended a restaurant within walking distance and we enjoyed it very much. This is a winner. "

We were able to check in early and the room was set up perfectly for our needs. Good location for all transport and easy walk to all attractions in town.
