"First, our A/C did not work when we arrived. They came and fixed that. After we returned from dinner and were preparing for bed, discovered door lock didn’t work at 10 pm. Front desk sent a repairman who arrived at 11 pm. He didn’t have but a pair of pliers and couldn’t fix the lock. He said he would get a hammer and be back. "Lovely hotel in a complex with 2 others who share an excellent indoor pool facility and a good outdoor space with a pool, splash park and sun loungers with access to the sea. Breakfast was busy but very good, we ate at the restaurant once which was very nice. Room was nice and very modern, comfortable bed and good shower. Wi-Fi very good. "Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. The non alcoholic drinks were not very good. Cheaper generic cola wasn’t good. The beach and pool area were nice. Overall, I would stay again "
