"The Guest house value of money. The location is very good only 10 minutes walking distance from hotel to Taj Mahal. The non room are small but is enough big for spent one or two night. "Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. But what was lacking was the lack of servives and cutting of the corners. Small things like some one start the televisions was a big headache as there is often no one to recieve your call at reception or room service. "The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

The place is away from the main town and and has limited connnectivity for both, comminication and commution. The person here did not even check for normal documents for check in.
