"The reception staff were exceptional. Teta and Lauraine stood out as they both went beyond and about to ensure we had the best from our stay. They are a true credit to the hotel. Bogdan was a super chap and was our waiter in the evening. Again a truly valuable member of the hotel staff. The only negative thing was the attitude of the maitre d' at night. Otherwise could not be faulted. A fabulous place to stay. Thank you."

"Had the most surprising and wonderful stay. Great welcome from the reception team member checking us in, he could not have been any more welcoming- well done ! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The indoor pool could do with a facelift. The outside pool just lovely and the setting is beautiful. For breakfast - loved that the hot items are a la cart and not sitting on a buffet - great ! Perfect breakfast- the service team are truly world class - only one point - why not have the tables face the view which is stunning !? (tables are set to face the interior). Overall great hotel ! Loved it "
