Special mention must go to restaurant staff member George who went out and got my wife gluten free bread for breakfast as they didn’t have any that morning. Together with a lovely lady called Sue breakfast was tasty pleasant and fun! Reception staff were very polite and professional. We would use this hotel again if the need arose. "

"Friendly staff in this hotel, food excellent and varied. Lovely big bedroom, comfy beds with vintage furniture, bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover. Superb view looking over the river with the swans and ducks. No lift in the hotel so I did struggle with the stairs."
