Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "A very central location. Lovely small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, spoke good english and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Small pool, sauna and spa were lovely. Due to its size they limit the number of guest so you need to book a hourly slot in advance. We quickly got in to the routine of booking the free hotel shuttle for the ski lifts and the spa after skiing if we wanted to go. Bar was nice for a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel has a ski store room with heated boot racks...

"Great location - clean and tidy - however the studio rooms are very basic - so avoid if you wish to have more comfort and luxury. We only booked 4 weeks ago and struggled to find any suitable accommodation- so this was a last resort for the week available. Rooms suggest sound proofing - far from it- but overall - great ski break in a brilliant resort. "
