This hotel is a great place to stay. The bed was very comfy, shower had great pressure. TV had a Chromecast which meant I could watch what I wanted. Dinner was not expensive.. especially for what was on the menu and there was a good breakfast

Very charming and well cared for boutique hotel with a nice Spa - able to book for an hour (so never crowded). Beautiful patio, and terrace with our room. Had a very comfortable 4 night stay. Went skiing and hiking- lots of options. For dining and shopping just check opening days/hours.

Nice hotel with good location in Beaufort. Very well kept, small but really nice rooms. Dinner in restaurant was okay, but nothing special. The breakfast (18€), was a rip off. Totally overpriced for what they offer. Very little warm stuff, only baguette with a few toppings. Lousy coffee. There is a bakery next door. Go there!

Great place, shame about the flies.

The hotel, staff and food were amazing even the location is in a beautiful spot but sadly the hotel had a fly problem. They were constantly landing on us and other diners, making eating a challenge as they were crawling everywhere. Breakfast was even worse, the flies and i’m talking at least 50 Were crawling all over the food. Nothing was covered. We raised the issue with management but were not concerned by this. We were told there is nothing they can do. We would recommend the hotel but just don't eat here sadly.

Hi Team, I spent 2 nights at this hotel on 12th and 13th July. I had competed in the Tour of Mont Blanc cycling event on 12th and specifically booked into this hotel for the pool and spa facilities to try and spend a few days recovering from this ultra endurance race. We arrived at around midnight on 12th and checked in after 15 hours of cycling. The room was extremely warm and night porter advised air conditioning was broken. It was 26 degrees in the room and despite being extremely tired I was not able to sleep at all, I ended up on the bathroom floor with a blanket. This issue was not resolved on the 2nd night so again had little to no sleep. We tried to book into restaurant on the 13th and advised it was fully booked. There didn’t appear to be anyone in the restaurant on Sunday evening as far as I could see. Also, tried to use the pool and steam room facilities and was again advised this needed to be booked in advance and was also full when I tried to use it and wasn’t available until after 7pm. We had a very early flight on 14th and left at 6am having not been able to use the pool/ spa facilities, eat in the restaurant and get almost no sleep for both nights due to the air conditioning fault. This was a really terrible experience and I don’t think it’s acceptable charging €700+ for the 2 nights and not be able to utilise essentially anything in the hotel, or even be able to get to sleep.

Les murs de la chambre étaient sâles marques de valises et autres sur plusieurs murs, tâche de gras et autre dans les niches servant de table de nuit, le porte manteau prêt à tomber sur lequel rien ne pouvait etre accroché au risque de le retrouver parrterre. Le spa n est pas ouvert gratuitement à tous les clients : il faut avoir réservé une certaine catégorie de chambre pour pouvoir en bénéficier gratuitement. Sinon c est 15 euros par heure et par personne. Le petit déjeuner : 20 euros par personne : prix excessif d autant qu il reste commun, rien d extraordinaire justifiant un tel prix. Déjeuner jusqu à 9h30 : un peu juste surtt pour les week end. Pas de parking. Le prix de la chambre 158 euros par nuit ne valait pas les prestations

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Dès notre arrivés, nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire et une grande attention, ce qui donne immédiatement le ton. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très bien insonorisée, avec une literie d’un confort remarquable. Les équipements de l’hôtel sont à la hauteur : Mention spéciale pour le service, à la fois discret et extrêmement professionnel. .
