"The setting is magical, and perfect for our smaller kids with activities and a kid-friendly swimming pool. Property condition felt a little dated and dining options were few and expensive, esp given the indoor option was very small and the hotel has no spirits licence (so only beer and wine available) "

"Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests."

"My family and I had a very good time at this place. Pros: 1.Rooms were super clean. 2.We had couple of items requested to our room and they were fulfilled very quickly. 3.Food was delicious and served with courtesy. 4.Location was amazing. Breeze from backwater itself can make your day awesome!! 5.Enjoyed complementary boat ride. Cons: 1. Overall property maintenance could be better. observed a lot of dust and dirt on exterior decoratives. 2.There was a list provided that explains activities...

"Extremely friendly staff who greets you each time they sees you. And they are very accomodating, helping me to book taxis and tuk tuk for my excursions around the area. The rooms are big and clean, very value for money. However, I would love to have them renting out bicycles for people to cycle out of the compound instead of just within the resort."

"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

No toilet rolls - had to wait for 1 hr 10 min and 4 phone calls to get it. dirty bedsheets and towels. no breakfast even after waiting for an hour. had to leave the hotel with other guests to some place outside to get breakfast. and no refund for the same. there are many better options in that area. this one is just a disgrace to india tourism."

"Enjoyed our stay here. This was our first vacation post COVID. We made up for all that we missed because of COVID. Would recommend a good lake view room. Also take a stroll outside the resort along the river. Don't miss the speed boat ride, you will go through narrow river lanes and low bridges. There is a small jetty for speed boat and shikara within the property itself. Thanks for all the staff for making this memorable,"
