"Our room was clean but very dated and needed maintenance. A 3 ft long light fixture in the bathroom fell down in our bathroom, 2 feet away from me! After that I was afraid to even use the bathroom. Hot water was non existent, out of 7 days we had lukewarm water only 1 day. Wifi is terrible, dont plan on connecting. Food was ok, not great. We did go to the senator for habachi and that was a fun experience.The beach was excellent, plenty of shade and chairs.Pool chairs were always reserved by 8am. The bar service was excellent, no complaints 👌. Entertainment was decent, after a few drinks it was excellent! The omelet station was very tasty for breakfast. "

Enclosing this space or better managing sound levels would make a big difference. The beach is inconveniently located about a 3–5 minute walk from the hotel, which a little bit farther than expected, and the resort itself seems understaffed. Because of this, not all restaurants are open daily—typically one is closed, while the others are often fully booked, making it frustrating to plan for dinner. "All of the food was good, but the service was inconsistent. The bar was frequently backed up, and waitstaff were often unavailable. What’s surprising is that I visited 15 years ago, and my mom was there 20 years ago—yet nothing seems to have changed. The buildings are aging, and the rooms feel outdated."
