"Prime location, comfortable, all you need for cooking & coffee and even has kid friendly dishes. We’d stay there again no question. Being on the beach and pool is a major perk!"

"I'd rather not...it's hard enough already for us to be able to book when we want ;) we love this place xxxooo"

" Our Easter weekend at Flip Flops and Pop Tops in Port Aransas was a mix of highs and lows. Finding the condo was a nightmare. It’s in the Beachside complex, but this wasn’t mentioned in our booking. Clearer directions would’ve helped. Parking was another issue. The designated spots were tiny, and with Easter crowds, the lot was packed with cars and golf carts, making it tough to park. The condo itself was a highlight. "clean, location "

"Excellent experience. There was minimal water pressure in the sinks for some reason but the shower was great. Other than that, beautiful property, great secluded location. Highly recommend!"

"The property was clean, the fixtures and furniture were modern and efficient. The rooms were well appointed with blankets and pillows. The location was great if you like to be in the town to sight see and shop, The only problem was the single serve Keurig as the only option for brewing coffee. I usually stay at other places and have access to drip and Keurig. The grill outside was rusty and did not appear to be inviting for use. Other than that everything was great!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time. It is such a beautiful property with quick access to the beach and amenities. We stayed for five days and everything we needed was in close proximity… only thing is I am allergic to cats and dogs and whomever stayed prior must have had a pet because we found lots of animal hair… and some dog food left behind and my allergies were in full flare. Other than that it was a great stay and I would most definitely stay again."

"The condo was not as advertised. The photos looked delightful. The description of the room ammenities included dish washer and coffee maker. There was no dishwasher and no coffee maker but rather an old machine that used pods and no pods were there. The code mechanism for door lock was old, numbers nearly invisible from wear and worked sporadically. The room was old, outdated, not worth the price."

"Such a nice cozy place for our family! Nice pool ..rooms are nice and it’s so spacious. We didn’t want to leave!! We will be back soon! This will be our new spot we rent every time we come! Thank you! "

"The rooms were very cleaned. The pool is heated which was awesome for our weekend visit. "
