"I can’t rave enough about this property, a very luxe feel and the staff were always so helpful and available. Pool is the star of the show and the several activities available for kids was a plus. I will definitely be coming back."

"Everything was beautiful and the bellman and housekeeping staff were outstanding. The rules of no small coolers or even water not allowed at the waterpark or Palomino island was a bit excessive considering the heat and the prices in the resort are not for everyone's budget. Not even a microwave in tje room to heat up left overs was a disappointment. Aside of that, I had an amazing time."

"It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again."

But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. "We left this property very soon after we arrived. The address on the listing is not the actual address of the apartment, the photos are also not the actual photos of the apartment. The site notes the apartment is in Carolina but in fact it is at the border of Loiza and Rio Grande—40 minutes further east than we expected. "I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. Expedia was not helpful on helping me retrieve my my back because supposedly their was a glitch in their system. It really put me and my family in a bad spot! Don’t stay here there pool is so far away from the room and restaurants are also far and the other supposedly mother hotels told me and my family that we could not use...

"Although there was a beach, people really can't be on the beach or in the ocean because there was way too much seaweed which was a huge disappointment. I had inquired about the beach prior to traveling and the management company/person answering emails only answered the first three emails and stopped responding. The tubs were dirty and the one toilet was sort of dirty as well. There was water puddling on the floor directly under the air conditioning unit. I contacted the management company...
