One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience.

Clean room and safe. Hotel is located in a hospital so the area is gated and safe but not much to do in the area. We stayed overnight and left early to embark on our cruise so it served its purpose.

The room was really clean. The hotel is inside of a hospital which was a little weird at first. But the staff was great and everything was just fine. Wifi was hit or miss. Only a couple of miles from basically everything. No more than a $10 Uber ride.

Al llegar fui atendida por un joven muy atento y amable. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El problema es la iluminación muy pobre solo dos lamparitas de mesa que casi no iluminaban. Los receptàculos no funcionaban, solo el del baño. Es importante que sepan que a la 1:30 am recibí una llamada del Ficus, preguntando si haría check inn ya que aparecía mi reservación, pero que no me había reportado!! Le indiquè que estaba tratando de dormir y me solicitó el número de habitación. Tengan un poco de empatía y consideraciòn. Esas no son horas para llamar e interrumpir mi descanso.

Al llegar a la habitación que me asignaron la misma estaba sin limpiar ni recoger y como la había dejado el huésped anterior. Yo había notificado que llegaba en la noche tarde y aún así no la tenían lista ni tampoco tenían opciones para darme porque estaba lleno. Tuve que esperar una hora y media que resolvieran y limpiaran la misma y a las 2:00 de la madrugada me la entregaron. Yo estaba cansada y venía de un largo viaje. Apenas pude descansar y al otro día el check out era a la 11 :00am. Muy desagradable la experiencia. Primera y última.

Keep in mind that this is a hospital and they promote it like a regular hotel. The staff there told me the rooms are mainly for patients families. You have to use a parking outside of the facility (hospital/hotel) and pay separately for the parking. The two beds room is pretty large and comfortable but then I booked a second night and they switched me to a one bed room and that was very small and uncomfortable unit it feels like a hospital room. In general, if you on vacation do not get this hotel. The service is not like a hotel service, you need to bring everything including your towels.
