Saw a roach in our room. Mattress was pretty bad—probably picked it up at the Salvation Army. They tacked on a $50 service fee without telling us. Plus tax on the $50. Plus a $30 charge for valet parking. Breakfast was pretty nasty. Internet access and TV connection were spotty. Otherwise it was great!

The property work out perfectly for our stay in San Juan. Our desk attendant at check in was very nice, as well as the one at checkout. I questioned the $150.00 insurance deposit charged to my credit card at checking, I was told that a credit would be posted in a few days

Yes, the room was clean; however, it smelled very musty. The staff were very good; and, very helpful when needed. The breakfasts that were included were very much to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops; and, any other amenities that we needed. Although, we didn’t use the beach, it was nice that it was within walking distance.

The entire staff at this hotel was five stars!! From the moment I arrived Michael, one of the valet attendants was super nice. The front desk staff were unbelievable ❤️ GG and Jose The best!! The breakfast attendants were also incredibly friendly and so fun. Antonio was my absolute Favorite. He was super knowledgeable about the island and was very friendly. He even almost talked my Wife into letting me move there lol. The room attendants were very helpful, friendly and extremely hard working. This hotel is super clean. The staff were what made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. I was there with my Wife. We are from Providence Rhode Island. This was our second stay there and we loved every minute of being there. Our room was excellent and the bed was super cozy. I liked it way better than the Embassy Suites San Juan we stayed our first five days at. Holiday Inn Condado is definitely a Five Star Review!! I have not even one single complaint. I am counting the days until I return!! ❤️❤️❤️🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷❤️❤️❤️🇵🇷 Viva Puerto Rico ❤️❤️❤️

The room was very clean and the housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I felt that the continental breakfast lacked vegetarian options, for example, the potatoes contained bacon. In addition, there are some infrastructure issues, most notably, the elevator doesn't seem to function properly and makes some concerning noises and the street the hotel is located on floods every morning. Otherwise, the pool and other amenities were great. The room had a lovely view and there was not a lot of ambient noise. Also, the location is great- very close to shops, restaurants, and parks and in a safe area.
