Clean, cool, and comfy place to stay near the heart of Old San Juan. Great location to get out of the city to go around the island or get to many historical locations in the city fast. Ideal for those who plan to be out all day and mainly back in the room to sleep, nap, and shower.

Everytiing’s okay as expected. good location near OSJ, safe area, quiet, food nearby, A/C perfect, clean room, except for TV, not quite user friendly to set-up, no free channels, not working 3 out of 4 nights. I recommend this Bahia Urbana.

The room was clean just not what was photographed. They should include photos of the rooms on the first floor. There was no window to the outside in our room so there was absolutely no sunlight. The window that was in the room led out to this room that was unsettling. Otherwise the staff was nice, the room we had was clean, the location was good. Im content overall with the stay just wish the property had more pictures of the possibilities of room since we had expected a room that looked just like the picture with a bunch of windows and sunlight

Although I loved my experience I would have loved it even more if someone would have come to clean up my room and deliver toilet paper at least once on those 6 days I was there, tv kept on messing up too, turning on and off and switching apps, everything else was fine, staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, easy access and safe area.

Really just Ok, the floor tiles were cracked and dirty in my room had to get a broom. There was hair from previous guest in the bathroom.Bed seemed smaller than advertised. Really nothing looked as advertised lol. Ac , Tv, and WiFi were good , security also good there are 3 coded entrances. People were nice too. You can’t hear neighbors next door so that’s a plus It’s right next to a bar which is fun until you want to sleep and music still blasting at 2am. Was trying out things other than traditional hotel for a more local feel, think I’m going back to them from now on

The property is at a great location and has parking. It’s fairly cheap price, it’s perfect for a solo traveler or a couple that’s on the go and just needs a place to sleep. You get what you pay for. What I didn’t like was I didn’t get the room with a balcony. There’s no closet and not enough shelving or drawers for clothes. There’s was no iron included either. But overall it was a good stay for a good price.

Location is pretty good, and the staff weee very helpful. The only downside: I stayed for 3 nights. One of the nights, the next door restaurant-bar, or whatever it is, had super loud music/bass booming until 1:00am. It was very hard to sleep that night.

This property was a quick one night stay for my husband and I on our way to another place the next day. It was perfect for the two of us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air worked great, the shower was spacious, and the inclusion of a mini fridge was wonderful for keeping our bottled water cold!

When we arrived everything was clean and easy to access, the parking was a little confusing the first time but after that it was ok. The only thing was I was not able to use the TV because there was no remote, I tried to contact staff and was told they would send someone with one but never got it. Also not enough toilet paper. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and felt safe in the hotel and area as well. We would stay again.
