"Beautiful hotel with pool, included breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would liked to have stayed longer. Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew. "

"Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. Food was rubbish / prison food and depressing, we...
