Just Be and B is a slice of heaven in the beautiful mountains of North Sicily. Chantal and family has put so much effort and thought in to this beautiful place. Breakfast is well thought out fresh produce sourced from the area. Will definitely be back. Do need a car to travel around Sicily.

Incredible experience. We had a very private, well appointed suite where we were very comfortable. The hostess was very attentive and saw to it that we had some memorable experiences. Clearly all guests were enjoying the property which offers a spectacular sea vista far from nose and traffic below. Highly recommend unless you are addicted to hubub

Pleasant surprise discovering this stay exceeded all the excellent reviews. Owner Chantal (half Sicilian / half Swiss) & family rightfully pride themselves on this great lofty viewpoint, the care they put into guest service, well equipped cool bedrooms & breakfast produce either grown on their own land or sourced nearby. We found their local knowledge & tips more helpful than guidebooks. Top tips: book the popular masseur early & ask about the day boat trip (150hp open rib) which speeds you from 15 minutes away to the astonishing, relatively unknown Vulcano & Lipari islands, where 2 stops make for the perfect value day out! Highly recommended hospitality makes ‘Just Be’ particularly memorable - a real gem from where enjoy beautiful hilly drives to also reach tourist hotspots Taormina & Etna

Luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza fra bellezza e tranquillità. La sig.ra Chantal è stata attenta e premurosa. Colazione con tante bontà sia dolci che salate. Vale la pena andarci nonostante la strada un po’ difficile. Spero di poterci ritornare.

Chantal is een super gastvrouw die vol passie spreekt over de streek en de zelfgemaakte producten bij het ontbijt. De mama maakt iedere morgen dat het onbijt een verse touch uit eigen tuin heeft. De kamers en accomodatie zijn tiptop! we voelden ons zeer welkom en een goeie communicatie met de eigenares. 1 puntje Een degelijke auto is aan te raden want het wegje ernaartoe is uitdagend maar wordt beloond met een spectaculair uitzicht eens aangekomen. Traumhafte, absolut ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf Liparische Inseln. Köstliches Frühstück mit frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Sehr aufmerksame Chefin, die gute Tips für die Region gibt. Je kleiner der Mietwagen, desto mehr Spaß hat man bei der Anfahrt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vom Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Egal ob die gemütlichen und blitzsauberen Zimmer mit bequemen Betten oder das wunderbare Frühstück, welches durch regionale Produkte inkl. reicher Auswahl an täglich frischen Brötchen sowie wunderbaren selbstgebackenen Kuchen jeden morgen für Freude sorgte. Kaffee jeder Couleur wurde nach individuellen Wünschen zubereitet und auch frischgepresster Saft mit Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten stand zur Verfügung. Besser geht es nicht! Die gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Zitrusbäumen und Pflanzen liegt ruhig und wunderschön in den Bergen mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. Chantal, die Betreiberin, ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person, die jeden (legitimen) Wunsch gerne erfüllt und bei Bedarf viele Tipps und Ratschläge für Restaurants, Ausflüge usw. geben kann. Der Name der Unterkunft wir hier aktiv gelebt und das hat uns absolut begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche im Just be & b. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Liparischen Inseln und Gioiosa Marea. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unser Highlight und hat unsere Erwartungen um Weiten übertroffen. Die Gastgeberin Chantal und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch waren wir sehr begeistert von der Sauberkeit unseres Apartments und der Anlage. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The B&B allows to book 2 different types of rooms, the suites and the normal rooms. We have had the chance to stay in both type rooms. The suite Vulcano is absolutely amazing; you have privacy, a super clean room and the view it's just spectacular. Regarding the normal rooms i am not so sure. This type of rooms are located in an old building (the suites are newly made) and because of that we have had some issues with humidity smell.I am not sure whether this is an issue that can possibly arise in any of these rooms or just the one we stayed in. If you were to book a normal room i would suggest asking for one on the top floor as the view is better. The owner is an absolute gem, i can't spear enough good words for how well she runs the place, always present when you need her and never there when you don't. You can feel her passion for the place and her love for nature and the surrounding. The pool is not massive and can only accommodate 6 ppl, it wasn't a problem for us and we have managed to find plenty of occasions to enjoy the pool. Breakfast is amazing, all locally sourced ingredients...the coffee could have been better but it is a really small detail. To summarise: Great host, absolutely mesmerising views, great breakfast and super room if you go for the suite. this is a place for people that want a break from the city, find some silence and some peace. If you're looking for parties and caos then you probably want to look elsewhere. Overall 9/10

Entzückender Rückzugsort mit Blick auf das Meer

Ruhiges, familiengeführtes B&B über der Küste des Thyrrenischen Meeres und Abseits vom Touristenrummel. Wir hatten einen neuen Bungalow mit Terrasse und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang sowie das Meer. Außenanlage mit Infinitypool und vielen individuell gestalteten Rückzugsorten im gepflegten Garten. Entspannung und Zweisamkeit garantiert. Zum Frühstück gab es Sizilianische Spezialitäten, selbst gemachte Kuchen von der Familie sowie Obst und Marmelade aus dem eigenen Garten. Inhaber sprechen deutsch sowie italienisch und stehen mit Rat für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere, zu den Stränden oder Restaurants zur Seite. Einzig: man braucht einen Mietwagen oder eigenes Auto um das B&B zu erreichen. Zufahrt ausgeschildert und kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.
