"The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. My only complaint is the lack of transparency on the part of the owner of the property. Two major things should be listed clearly in the condo listing. First, the condo is on the 3rd floor. I was unaware of this fact until a few days before. This property does not have an elevator. "I have rented this exact condo before two other times. All the things that were broken or missing or not working are still unavailable or inoperable. Plus new things. It costs way too much to rent this and have such minimal care taken with the rental. It’s in bad need of some maintenance work. I’m not sure if it’s the rental agency not passing on messages or the owners simply don’t care. And if you have a maintenance issue- it’s at best a 24 hour wait - if they show up at all.
