"I like the location as it is downtown and everything is very accessible. It is easy to get to the bus station and the train station from there.. There is 24 hour service and they attend to everything you need including finding taxis late into the night. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. "

"The room was lovely, very spacious with all the amenities you could need. Coffee machine and kettle with complimentary water and choice of hot drinks. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the cupboard Robes were an added bonus too. We arrived a bit early but the friendly and welcoming reception staff checked us in straight away. She greeted me with a smile and walked me over to the apartment. She explained everything. We were even offered dinner eventhough dinner service had finished - we checked in very late. "Stayed in cabin 3, and despite reading some recent negative reviews, we were very happy with the room. It was clean, well stocked and the view over the lake in the morning was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. Our only small gripe was the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Mattresses are subjective and we were only there 1 night. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay there again. It’s also only 25 minutes from Cardiff centre. "
