"The rooms were 5* as were the reception staff and the shuttle service. But, there was a major issue in the bar. We had a toddler and a 5 year old who were starving at 9pm but had to wait over an hour for food we’d ordered and ages for drinks. Everyone in the bar was complaining. I felt sorry for our waiter who was fighting a losing battle. It was complete chaos and really let the hotel down."
