"We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. The breakfast buffet was also great, especially the egg kitchen. No salad at the time I stayed but a good...

"Very comfortable room and the bed was sooo comfy. Good value place to stay in Hunter Valley."

"Rooms were big and great value. There were 4 pools to choose from however we only had chance to try one. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard however once again great value. Plenty of onsite parking. Rooms we stayed in did not have air conditioning so we just ran the living room one and kept bedroom doors open."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed love this property I just have to mention strange smell in building a a bit of mould in showers could use a refresh but overall it’s a great place will stay again"

"it was ok room wasnt clean well and the staff werent helpful customer service below average especially when checking in"

"Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere."

"Some cleaning overlooked in the room/bathroom, but staff were friendly and it was a good spot near the zoo!"

"Rooms were clean, staff helpful and hotel restaurant amazing. Kids enjoyed using the pool and steam room. We didn’t get the chance to use gym and don’t own an EV however they offered onsite charging for EV owners."

"The room was large and spacious and the staff helpful."

"A lovely place to stay. Kids loved having a pool even though they froze. The room was a great size and more beds than we needed so plenty of options."

"Staff were good but the room was not satisfying as their were lots of insects and table was not cleaned and mosquitoes were alll night."
