The staff was so nice and helpful. the neighborhood was close to all the attractions in the city, short walk to the river and to the transportation. our room was lovely, and clean with a good sized bathroom. we would definitely recommend."

"Our first room was so strange. massive construction zone outside our window that was very loud and ugly. also couldn't see the tv from bed it was on the same wall far away? I had to ask for a different room. second one was much better. Luckily guy at the front desk was kind. I think because they are set up like apartments not so much hotel rooms. coffee shop is great. "The staff are very welcoming and friendly.The location is walking distance to Grafton Street and shopping. All the bus tours are within easy walking distance and hotel staff can guide you to pick up spots. It's a very busy and active area but the noise and street drunks didn't bother us.We had breakfast included and there is a Tesco grocery store across street if you need alcohol or water or snacks. There are lots of restaurants and bars in area. Breakfast was very good .Beds comfortable all in...
