"Staff was friendly, the room had all the amenities that were needed"

"The Park Central was mostly a 3 star experience. The price for the location was a good value: a couple blocks to Central Park, a few blocks the other way to Times Square, subway station literally steps away, and the Heaven on 7th deli a few doors down was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff was professional and pleasant. Yes, there was a deposit, and yes, the elevators were small. The hotel was described as "classic New York experience" but I'm not sure what that means. Our room was...

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We went to run some quick errands in that area. So a place to sleep over was the aim. This hotel is really well located, well maintained and nice overall. Near everything. I’d say this is a place to stay and explore all the areas around Manhattan. Ahh and I even forgot to mention the live music and the bar. Loved it."

"Rooms were not what I expected. Some staff sucked."

"I’ll start my review with the moment I arrived at the hotel; I was treated extremely poorly by the front desk clerk, who was very arrogant and rude. The hotel lobby is very dirty and full of mold; all the furniture is old and dirty, the floor is dirty, and there’s dust everywhere. As soon as I checked in, I received the room keys and was surprised by the room—it was completely different from what I saw when I made the reservation: very small, extremely dirty, with small beds, and a bathroom that...

"The front desk staff and ballet attendants was very friendly and helpful! The one thing I can say is the restaurants could have had more selections each day especially for breakfast the view was my favorite however needed more on the menu. This dish was Amazing can’t remember the name of it Ravioli with pumkin or sweet potatoes. Overall stay is a 9/10"

"La ubicación es maravillosa, a la mitad de Manhattan. El hotel es cómodo, súper limpio, con buenos servicios. Lo recomiendo ya sea para viajes de negocios como de placer"
