We spent a lot of time in the hot springs pools. The temperature of the pools varied, so we were able to spend quite a bit of time in the water without getting too hot. It was so relaxing! Kevin, Daniela and Christian took very good care of us. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was included in the reservation, which was delicious.
Night walk on the property was an excellent experience and the guide did a great job explaining everything we spotted on the trail.

"I didn't like that the TV wasn't working. There wasn't an ice machine or minibar in the room. We paid for a deluxe room. It wasn't deluxe at all.
The poor bar was under stock and the person in charged wasn't too friendly.
I would not recommend to stay there. For the price there are better hotels in the area."
