"I enjoyed a wonderful spa day here with my friend. The spa amenities were good and the staff were lovely. We had a delicious lunch as part of the spa package. I then stayed the night in one of their normal, double rooms, which was lovely and spacious, the bed was enormous and so comfy (I need one of their pillows for home!). The bathroom was roomy and had everything you needed. Only one tiny complaint would be that there were no sockets anywhere near the bed, which was frustrating as I need to...

"If it weren't for the staff, this would be a typical run-of-the-mill conference hotel. However, the staff are outstanding - I stay in hotels at least twice a week, and the reception experience from Steve was the best and friendliest I've ever had. Throughout the rest of my day, from breakfast, through to the events team I noticed such care and passion from the team, with many people pro-actively spotting when guests needed help or guidance. Really world-class service, thank you. "

"absolutely lovely hotel! they staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. they rooms were nice and clean and the area itself is perfect for walking around to do some shopping. the train station is a 5-7 minute walk away which is also a plus. would happily stay here again!"
