"Such a unique hotel, with lots of entertainment options, such as table tennis, darts, retro gaming. An amazing bar area, and communal spaces. Rooms are amazing. Very quiet at night too. "

"Front desk staff were very friendly, but some of the bar/service staff not consistently so, which is a shame. Lack of radiator in the bathroom meant wet towels were hanging around in various places in the room. (Odd when there’s a pool and likely wet costumes). Room temp wasn’t great, either too warm or too cool, and no opening window meant we couldn’t get any air in the room. Overall hotel is nice and feels premium just a few basics missed"

"It’s been a while since I last stayed at the Malmaison Oxford and pleased to see the standards have not dropped. Staff super friendly and helpful. Check in process was quick and painless and great recommendations on the local area. The room was clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. We had the cooked breakfast which was cooked to order and decent range of buffet options."

"The hotel was clean, service staff excellent, restaurant excellent. However the lifts were only 1/2 functioning during our 3 night stay and on checkout both lifts were not functioning. We had to ask for help from the front desk as we were four flights up. "

Our kettle wasn't working properly and unfortunately there weren't any replacements available but otherwise everything was in good condition and very clean. Some food vending machines or a room service menu would be nice as there is not much for vegetarians locally."

"Lovely grand property awaits you when you drive in. We had a garden room in a newer part of the hotel. It's fair yo say it could do with a bit of facelift but nevertheless the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and extremely quiet. Buffet breakfast is very good - a huge choice for all including vegans. We tried the spa/pool which was really nice too! "

"Fabulous stay at The Swan at Streatley. Comfortable, friendly, immaculately clean. Delicious food and amazing scenery. Book for dinner as it gets very busy. Rooms have everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. A perfect venue to relax and unwind."
