A day of no water (known but not advised until the morning of the supply issue, and then only a notice in the elevators) meant no flushing toilets and no hand washing facilities - no alternatives were offered. My room was changed on the first day as the toilet roll holder was so badly positioned it stopped the loo seat lifting up -...
