"Great staff"

"Great walking to town. Quiet and spacious."

"Easy access and secure parking. Friendly staff with a clean and tidy room"

"We were upgraded to a very nice ocean view room after pointing out that the garden view was of an active building site. The room was quite finished - ensuite screwed shut and no gas in the BBQ at first. The manager had to defer to HQ before being able to upgrade. The location was stunning! A beautiful beach (dolphins one day one!) Great location for other beach areas e.g. cathedral cove (walk) and hot water beach (drive). Probably the highlight of our visit to the North Island."

"Loved the place and so did my kids. Highly recommend"

"Did not provide full service in terms of making and changing bedding or vacuuming the rooms whilst we were there. We could smell the pillows and cushions still smelled of hair lampshade was dusty Room smelled dusty which made it a bit difficult to breath. We opened the patio door, which was good. Staff was friendly. Pool area was great"

"Nice view"

"Spacious and clean apartment in a good location just back from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants etc. Only issue we had was how bright the bedroom was in the morning. A really ineffective blind was the only thing separating us from an east facing window into bright morning sun. Bring an eye mask if you stay here!"

"Nice and quiet, we were there for basketball and the laundry facilities were useful for washing daily. Restaurants and beach were walking distance great location."

"no comments needed"

"Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was ordered off the menu. There were a variety of unique options and very good food."

"Had a great three days Staff were excellent could not have been more helpful. Facility was perfect for us."

"Love the hosts and the view"
