The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. "Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!"

Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coût, en payant un 4 étoiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’année, je peux vous dire que cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles."
