"The Eko Signature Hotel was impressive. It offers a safe, quiet location right in the heart of VI. The staff was amazing, friendly and excellent service and honestly far superior to anything we have experienced in hotels in the US or other countries we have visited. (Moses, the bar mar, Dennis at the conceirge, Mary at the Bar. The restaurants were wonderful and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Dimitri, one of the managers was attentive and welcoming. "Really beautiful hotel! Great team there to take care of you. Caution them to be careful to take good care of things on there. My room had a broken door extra lock thing at the top. Also things that seem to have been broken and hasn't been replaced. Maybe also help set the AC so it blows cold enough. Also reduce the music playing in the hallways. I woke up in the middle of the night and could hear it in my room. Special kudos for the extra care to customer service and giving Internet TV options...

"Almost new facilities but Staff attitude was very poor. Highly inflexible to guests and generally poor reception. Mold in the bathroom, shower pressure near zero with water running in trickles. Cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone. "
