Then occasionally you meet someone who reminds you that hospitality is not a set of instructions but a human gift, the gift of making a stranger feel welcome in a new place or unfamiliar situation. Jackie and Michael have that rare gift. Years from now, I may forget the details of the room, but I will remember the feeling of being genuinely welcomed and cared for during our stay at the Chamberson. P.S.
