Lovely appointed rooms with all the expected amenities and more. Breakfast, it is a full breakfast with cold and specially prepared hot dishes eg omelets, pancakes, etc. We had dinner at Viva Restaurant and it was one of the best meals in Switzerland. "The spa and hotel are absolutely beautiful. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The spa facilities are immaculate and varied and never felt crowded. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There are lots of lovely touches such as the spa toiletries in the room and the included aperitif (free flowing prosecco and nibbles). The only slight drawback for us was the evening restaurant- the food was richer than we were looking for and a little bit pricey. But this did not detract...

"I only stayed 1 night however I am happy that I selected this hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel..Food at restaurant was quite good, Shuttle to ski was very quick. I lost my airpods at cable car station and they helped me to find it and send it back. Very helpful stuff. I recommend this hotel."
